　NYの片隅に暮らす、しがないイタリア系移民のペンキ屋の息子。夜な夜なディスコのミラーボールの元、踊ることで自己を満たすが、ふと、キラキラと踊りあかした早朝の帰り道、現実へと戻り、自分の人生というものに向き合う事もある・・・この曲はそのような、不意にむなしさに襲われた時間、若さを発散させた後にやってくるバラード調の鬱な独り言のようである。将来が見えるような見えないような、自立仕切れない主人公の青く切ない声が胸を突く。
